We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time we choose, and each change will take immediate effect.

As the owner of this website, Rose And Red Trading Limited owns all rights to the materials featured on roseandredhk.com. This includes images, audio clips, text, downloads and software that may be available on the site. You may not copy or reproduce the material here for commercial purposes, unless you receive prior permission in writing from our company.

The information that we collect is incredibly limited, and we only use it to complete your purchases. We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

 

Promotional Materials

As the owners and operators of this website, Rose And Red Trading Limited may contact you on occasion. You may receive emails, faxes or posted mail with promotional information about our newest products. If you would like to opt out of receiving such items, simply email us at info@roseandredhk.com. We will gladly remove you from our mailing list.

 

Illegal and Fraudulent Activities

Any user who takes the materials owned by Rose And Red Trading Limited and uses them for illegal and/or fraudulent activities is subject to both legal and civil prosecution. Additionally, placing orders under a fake name or with a credit card obtained through fraudulent means is considered an illegal activity. Rose And Red Trading Limited may choose to pursue legal action in these situations.

The owners and operators of roseandredhk.com will only share your information with a third party if it is a necessary factor in completing and delivering your order. We will not disclose any personal information to a third party for a commercial purpose.

 

Orders & Payments

For your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details of the recipient including full delivery details.

Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given.

Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details if you enter a correct e-mail address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. You will also be issued an order reference number for any future correspondence. Acceptance of the order will take place on the allocation of the goods to your order.

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the flowers payment page and will be debited when you place your order. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled.

 

Anonymous Delivery Option

In some cases, customers desire the ability to send gifts anonymously. This is a possibility; however, the sender must provide us with the information necessary to complete an electronic transaction. In certain situations, we may be forced to disclose information.

In the event that the recipient does not want to accept a gift anonymously, the gift will be returned to us. We will adhere to your request to send the order anonymously. However, please be informed that this will only be valid from the time the order was placed until 3 hours after the delivery. For security purposes, the information will be disclosed if the recipient contacts us to confirm the sender details after the given time frame.

Additionally, Rose And Red Trading Limited will not use cookies to store any of your financial data beyond what is necessary to make the purchase.

 

Seasonal Availability & Substitutions

While roseandredhk.com does make every effort possible to deliver products that look exactly like those featured on the website, some items are limited. Seasonal and under-supplied products may be replaced with a substitute without prior notice. We ensure that the quality of the substituted item matches the quality of the ordered item.   As flowers are natural products, colours may vary from that shown in the catalogue / photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.

For instance, we may send pink roses in the event of a red rose shortage.

 

Flower Quality

While Roseandredhk.com is dedicated to sending flowers of excellent quality, flowers are perishable items. We hope that each gift we send will bring a smile to the recipient’s face. The lifespan of natural flowers may be affected by a number of conditions – where they are kept, how they are taken care of and how they are handled. In order to ensure that your flowers live for as long as possible, you should give the stems a beveled tail cut. Recipients should also replace the flowers’ water every other day, keep them out of direct sunlight and prevent them from overheating.

Because flowers, leaves and foliage are natural products, the way they look will differ depending on the season, environment and current weather. The product images used on Roseandredhk.com are for reference only. We try to ensure that flowers are of high quality and resemble the photos, but this is not a guarantee.

 

Colours, Specifications and Dimensions of Products

We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice. For example, the bouquets are subject to seasonal availability of flowers.
 

Conditions of Delivery

Our website, Roseandredhk.com, displays the total required payment before the completion of checkout. In submitting payment details, customers agree to pay this additional delivery and shipping fee. Valentine’s Day Collection is not applicable to the above delivery charges. For more information, please check with our customer representatives.

While we make every attempt to deliver flowers on time, traffic conditions and accidents may delay delivery. In the case that this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We do not take responsibility for failed or delayed delivery due to any of the following reasons:

          Nobody is available to accept the delivery at the specified location and time

          The address provided for delivery is not correct

          The sender did not provide sufficient information about the recipient

          Authorities issue Typhoon Signal Number 3 or higher

          A Yellow/ Red/ Black Rainstorm Signal has been raised

If you have a very specific time frame in which you expect your purchase to be delivered, you should get in touch with our customer representative. We need at least 24 hours to complete your delivery, and we reserve the right to turn down any request that do not have the resources to provide.

If we are unable to deliver a purchase as a result of unavailability on the recipient’s part or any inaccurate information, the sender is required to pay additional charges for the delivery. In the case of additional transportation time and re-delivery, Roseandredhk.com is unable to guarantee that the flowers will retain their exquisite quality. In some cases, we may be required to repackage items. If this is the case, a charge of no more than 70% of the order’s total will be implemented.

If weather or traffic conditions make it impossible to deliver a purchase, we will make another attempt to deliver the items within 24 hours at no additional cost. In the case that this happens, Roseandredhk.com is unable to guarantee that the flowers will retain their exquisite quality.

If an order must be redirected, we will implement a delivery surcharge.

 

Order Alteration & Refund

No return or cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers products sold are non-refundable by cash.  Upon 3 days prior to delivery, Roseandredhk.com does offer refund with merchandise credit at the current selling price which is usable on future Rose and Red store purchases.

Roseandredhk.com reserves the right to refuse requests of order amendments and alterations. Replacements and amendments that are made within 72 hours of pre-determined delivery are not permitted. Changes of orders are possible up to 72 hours prior to delivery however during peak periods orders are processed up to 4 days in advance and therefore no changes are possible during this time. If the amendment requires additional fees, the customer will be charged.  Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received by us on the following working day.

If you wish to change our order, please contact our Customer Services On-line or by email. Please provide details about your order so that we can follow up effectively.

Flowers are perishable and natural. For this reason, Rose And Red Trading Limited is unable to accept refunds or returns. If you are unsatisfied with the flowers you have received, we encourage you to get in touch with our Customer Service hotline. We will deal with each case individually.

 

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered.

  • The price or description of the products was listed incorrectly due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and refund any sum paid by you to your credit or debit card. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for loss or disappointment suffered by you.

 

Complaints

Due to the fact that the items we ship are perishable, we are unable to refund orders once they have been delivered. If you wish to make a complaint about any of the items you have received, please get in touch with our Customer Service department within 24 hours of receipt. Our representatives are passionate about working with you to resolve your complaint and ensure that you are happy. If you reach out to us on a holiday or while the office is closed, one of our representatives will get in touch with you by the next business day.

If you do make a complaint about the product you receive, Roseandredhk.com has the right to request a photo of the product you received. We may also request to retain the original product as part of our investigation process.
